Guest Speakers
Do you have a classroom or business that would like a presentation on Disaster Preparedness or Safety? USF CERT Members all receive FEMA training in Disaster Preparedness, and many have skills and knowledge in the field of Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services, Safety, Security, and more.
We would be happy to send a Team Member or Officer to your classroom, business, or community group. We can tailor our presentation material to any grade level or audience.

Disaster Training
Looking for a more skills-based opportunity? You may want to schedule a training for your class, club, organization, business, or community group! Our team of Certified FEMA CERT Instructors are available to teach full CERT Basic Training Courses at NO COST and certify your group!

Alternatively, you can elect for a Disaster Preparedness Workshop, Fire Safety class, Disaster Medical Operations class, Psychological First Aid class, or a custom combination of any of the above!

Medical Training
USF CERT has access to both American Red Cross and American Heart Association CPR Instructors. We can provide CPR/AED and Basic Life Support certifications for your group at unique discounted rates, and Hands-Only's CPR classes at no cost. Our Team Members include a number of Nationally Registered EMTs, Firefighters, and First Responders that with real-world experience.

Exercise Design
Our team has experience developing, facilitating, participating in, and evaluating a multitude of exercises through the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). USF CERT's exercise team can design both discussion and operations-based exercises to meet your needs. We will work with you every step of the way, from the Initial Planning Conference to your After Action Report and Improvement Plan.
